Supra is a (very) small restaurant in Te Aro, Wellington. We are a product and people focused restaurant. Our mission is to give you the best dining experience we possibly can, without all the frilly bits. We are a small organisation which hopes to continue pushing boundaries and create something truly original, authentic and memorable each time you visit.
Our Chef Thom Millott is born and raised in Sydney, and has spent a lot of time working in high level restaurants pushing trends and supporting new concepts and ideas, and would like to share that perspective with you.
Whilst it is hard to categorise what kind of ‘cuisine’ we do, I suppose you could say it is Australian food using what is available in New Zealand with a focus on natural and low intervention wines, but not exclusively. Food culture is ever-evolving and in constant flux, as are we.
Given notice, we are able to cater to most dietary needs. We offer a vegetarian tasting menu, however we currently can not cater for vegans. Our vegetarian and regular tasting menus can be made gluten free. For all other needs, please include specificities in your booking. Please be aware there is a possibility we will not be able to cater for your needs, depending on what's available and our workload at the time. We respectfully ask for your understanding in this matter.
